We moved into a new home in the Katy area, Torey J, the technician that came to make the first application was very good and detailed in doing his work. He took the time to explain how the different pest treatments work and key signs to look for that could indicate a need for additional pesticide applications. Kason Shaw was on time & very helpful. He did what we normally have done, then asked if he could do anything else for us. We had him do a couple of other sprays, he did them, then asked if there was anything else he could do. He never acted like he was in a hurry to get somewhere else.
